Getting started, there are 3 main things to know.
The Docs button in the main menu is always available to access documentation for using RevUPs.
Place orders on the "homepage" by clicking Order and then searching for a Lead (by phone, last name or email address).
If unable to find a matching lead, you can then start a new order from scratch.
Live assistance via chat is often available.
Note: If we are not able to answer right away we will get back to you within a reasonable amount of time via another support mechanism via email).
Alternatively, if you are not in need of an immediate answer, click the blue Get Support button and submit a ticket.
