Quick Start Guide for ALL USERS

Getting started, there are 3 main things to know.

The Docs button in the main menu is always available to access documentation for using RevUPs.

Place orders on the "homepage" by clicking Order and then searching for a Lead (by phone, last name or email address).

If unable to find a matching lead, you can then start a new order from scratch.

Live assistance via chat is often available.

Note: If we are not able to answer right away we will get back to you within a reasonable amount of time via another support mechanism via email).

Alternatively, if you are not in need of an immediate answer, click the blue Get Support button and submit a ticket.

Quick Start Guide for Funding

Adding Funds is important. It is one of the first things to do.

To add a funding source, navigate to the "Company" menu, then "Funding Sources". On that page click Add a new Funding Source.

Add either a Bank Account or Credit Card to act a Funding Source.

When using a Bank Account (ACH), RevUPs absorbs the fixed transaction fee for deposits.

However, for Credit Cards, there is a deposit fee. RevUPs does not profit off this fee from Stripe (our payment processor), we simply pass it along.

Once a Funding Source is successfully added, navigate to the "Company" menu and choose "Funds Accounts" and then click Add Funds.

Follow the instructions. After the funds settle (which can take between a few minutes and a few days), the account is ready to place Rewards orders.
